Missile Checkout System

Missile checkout system
Missile Testing

System Description:

A Checkout system is a System that is utilized to provide resources to conduct a test on various Sub-systems individually as well as integrated as One Module. Similarly, Our Checkout System for Missiles helps provide resources to perform Sub-System level or Section level tests on missiles to conduct performance evaluation and functionality tests before they can be utilized.

Various Sub-Systems such as RADAR Seeker, OBC Unit, Navigation Sub-System, Servo-Actuator System, Power Supply Section as well as provide Section level testing for Seeker Section, Avionics Section, Rocket Motor Section, Servo Actuator Section. Our Systems also help conduct Integrated Level testing of the entire missile which comprises all the sections integrated into one unit.

Resource Available:

ADCs and DACs lines of varying Voltage, sample rates and loads. DIP (Digital Input) and DOP (Digital Output) lines, general purpose relays, Multiplexers. Various Avionic interfaces such as MIL-STD 1553, ARINC429, AFDX. Serial Communication protocols such as RS-232, RS-422, RS-485. Instrument Functionalities such as Digital Multimeter, Oscilloscope, Analog Waveform Generator, Function Generator, RF Signal Generator and RF Signal Analyzers, Single-Phase as well as Three-Phase Power Supplies.
